This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and MSA Creatives for the ScreenCraft software product.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. MSA Creatives grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ScreenCraft software in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
2. COPYRIGHT. All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the software and any copies thereof are owned by MSA Creatives.
3. LIMITATIONS. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
